Who do I contact for iPhone Dock customer support?

Does the iPhone Dock come with the MagSafe chargers?

No. — Please affix your own Apple MagSafe charger to the Dock.

How do I set up the Dock?

You need an Apple MagSafe charger (and an optional Apple Watch charger).

Simply insert the pucks into place and thread the cable through the adjacent channel and out the back of the device. Additional 3M adhesive strips are provided for MagSafe adhesion and grip for the bottom of the Dock.

What is the return policy for the OW+SYJ Dock?

There are no returns. If you receive a defective item, you may contact info@voxolite.com for a replacement.

Will my iPhone fit in the Dock with its case on?

Yes. When purchasing your Dock, you are presented with the option for either.

If you wish to keep your Apple case on, chose a Dock made for your iPhone with an Apple MagSafe Case.

Only Apple MagSafe (leather & Silicone) Cases have been tested to fit within the Docks.

Will the dock accommodate my MagSafe charger?

Yes. The Dock will accommodate all official Apple Magsafe Chargers

The iPhone docks are 3D-printed to order. Once your dock is shipped, you will receive an order update with tracking information via ChitChats. Currently, all our docks are manufactured and fulfilled from Ontario, Canada and shipped via Canada Post or USPS.

All store items are Final-Sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
