The iPhone docks are 3D-printed to order. Once your dock is shipped, you will receive an order update with tracking information via ChitChats. Currently, all our docks are manufactured and fulfilled from Ontario, Canada and shipped via Canada Post or USPS.

OVERWERK apparel/products are made & shipped from Los Angeles, USA.

When selecting a shipping carrier during checkout, please take notice of the estimated shipping time. This time frame is an estimation and is counted after fulfillment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated and listed at checkout. The shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected by the customer.

Shipments are be subject to customs fees, import fees, tariffs and taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Depending on the courier selected, customers receive an email from store.overwerk.com providing the tracking number related to the order. To monitor the status of your order, customers may visit the corresponding website of the selected courier.
